Ever wished you could just email your local range or gun shop with a question that isn’t urgent enough for a phone call or because it’s after hours?

Our latest small feature addition to Arms Dealer will hopefully help you solve that problem in the next few months.

Yesterday we added the ability for business pages to display an optional contact email address for businesses!

Email addresses can be submitted by any user through the “edit business info” link or changed immediately by business owners who have claimed their businesses.

For business owners worried about spam: Fear not, for we have implemented some seriously heavy obfuscation techniques to prevent anyone but real humans with javascript enabled from seeing the email address.

So business owners and customers, please submit contact emails for your businesses of choice!

Earlier today we added a small feature that allows us to associate Twitter accounts with businesses in our database which we then display on the business’ Arms Dealer page!

If a business you know of has a Twitter account that we don’t have on file I encourage you to submit an update to that business’ information.

Keep an eye on this feature because in the future we plan on showing recent tweets by businesses right on their page!
